What is Jumpin' Beans all about?
Our locations are designed with the parent and child in mind. Kids will have a blast in our custom designed inflatable play areas while the parent can easily relax in our cafe style environment. The facility allows the parent to easily keep a close eye on their child at all times. Our facilities are on the smaller scale for the very reason to keep children in a safe contained and controlled area. Jumpin' Beans is a great place to meet up with friends, throw a party or even get some work done with our free wireless internet.

Do you offer general admission play?
Yes, general admission is offered for ages 1-7 at our Cary location and ages 1-10 at our Wake Forest location. Please click on the locations link to view more detailed information regarding prices, admission costs and hours of operation.

What kind of parties do your offer?
We offer semi-private and private parties. To learn more about party packages and to book your party online, please click on the locations link for more details. Parties must be booked online or stop by one of our locations. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all parties.

Do you provide birthday cakes?
We do not sell birthday cakes, however please feel free to bring your own for your party. Don't forget your cake knife and candles.

Do you have goody bags?
Yes, we have boy/girl goody bags priced at only $2.95 each. We always have goody bags packed and ready for your party if you decide to purchase any.

Do you allow outside food?
Yes, we allow outside food with the exception of pizza, coffee and drinks as we conveniently offer these items within. Feel free to pick up lunch or dinner and head over to Jumpin' Beans.

What are your age restrictions?
Our Cary location provides play for ages 1-7 yrs old. Our Wake Forest location provides play for ages 1-10 yrs old.

Are parents allowed to jump?
Yes, however only light play is allowed with the main focus on monitoring the safety of your children. There is no admission cost for parents.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we have discounts for groups of 8 or more. Please contact the location you are interested in and ask to speak to a manager for a group rate. We also have Saver passes, which allow for 10 admissions for $50.

How clean are the inflatable play areas?
We fully disinfect our play areas by spraying with a disinfectant pump sprayer. We take great pride in keeping everything clean and safe!

Are socks required?
Yes, in the event you forget socks, we do have them available for $1.50.

Does your admission offer reentry?
Currently, only our Cary location offers reentry. Your admission is a day pass, which allows reentry until closing of that day. Your child's hand must be stamped prior to leaving for reentry. Please note that reentry does not guarantee availability as we could reach maximum capacity at any time. Our Wake Forest location admission provides unlimited play per visit, but no reentry at this time.
